Malvy.Art operates malvy.art and sells handmade ceramic products crafted in Ukraine. By using this website, you confirm you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

2. Products

All products are handmade and may vary slightly from the photos shown. These variations are natural characteristics of handcrafted ceramics and are not considered defects. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout. Payment must be completed before an order is processed and shipped.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, you have 12 hours to cancel it by contacting us at business@malvy.art. After that window, the order will be processed and cancellation may no longer be possible.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on malvy.art — including images, text, and logos — is the property of Malvy.Art and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Malvy.Art is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
