🎨 About Our Products
Are the plates really handmade?
Yes — 100%. Every ceramic piece in our store is individually shaped, glazed, and fired by Ukrainian artisan craftspeople. No two pieces are identical, which makes each one truly unique.
Why does my plate look slightly different from the photo?
Our reactive glaze is applied by hand and reacts uniquely during firing. This creates natural variation in color, tone, and pattern from piece to piece — this is a feature, not a flaw. It's what makes handmade ceramics special.
Are the plates dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes! All our ceramics are both dishwasher safe and microwave safe. They are made for everyday use, not just display.
Can I mix pieces from different collections?
Absolutely. Our Lazurit and Skandia collections are designed to complement each other beautifully and can be mixed for a layered, curated table setting.
📦 Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
After processing (3–5 business days), delivery typically takes 14–21 business days to the USA, 10–18 days to the UK, and 10–16 days within Europe. All shipments include tracking.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship internationally from Ukraine. Please note that customs duties and import taxes in your country may apply and are the buyer's responsibility.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing us at business@malvy.art. After that, the order enters processing and may not be cancellable.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
My order arrived broken. What do I do?
Take photos of the damage immediately and email us at business@malvy.art within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
How long does a refund take?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
